At Lapshark.com, we aim to provide our customers with quality refurbished laptops and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be:
    • In its original condition, unused, and unaltered.
    • Packed in original box with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and invoices.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, liquid spillage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, digital products, and licenses.
  • Accessories (e.g., chargers, cables, headphones) unless delivered defective.
  • Products purchased during clearance or β€œas-is” sale.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

4. Replacement

  • If the product delivered is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement (subject to stock availability).
  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free only if the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers must bear return shipping charges.
