At Lapshark.com, we strive to deliver high-quality refurbished laptops and accessories. All eligible products sold on our platform come with a warranty to give our customers peace of mind. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, duration, and exclusions.


1. Standard Warranty

  • All refurbished laptops purchased from Lapshark.com include a 1-Year Seller Warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
  • The warranty covers:
    • Hardware defects due to normal use.
    • Malfunctioning components such as motherboard, RAM, hard drive/SSD, display, and keyboard.
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts will be provided at no additional cost during the warranty period.

2. Extended Warranty Options

  • Customers may purchase Extended Warranty Packages (e.g., additional 6 months or 1 year).
  • Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of order or within 30 days of delivery.
  • Extended warranty terms are the same as standard warranty unless otherwise specified.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  2. Our service team will diagnose the issue (remote or in-person).
  3. If covered, the product may be:
    • Repaired at our authorized service center, OR
    • Replaced with an equivalent/refurbished model, if repair is not possible.

4. Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, drops, dents, scratches, or cracks.
  • Liquid damage or moisture-related failures.
  • Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Software issues, operating system errors, or data loss.
  • Consumable parts (battery, adapter/charger, cables) unless found defective on delivery.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., reduced battery backup over time).

5. Battery & Accessories

  • Refurbished laptop batteries are tested for minimum backup. However, battery life may vary based on usage and age of the product.
  • Warranty for batteries and accessories (charger, cables, etc.) is limited to 90 days from the date of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Sysnut Technologies’ liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages such as data loss, downtime, or loss of productivity.

7. Transferability

  • Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
